Everything you need to know about buying suppressors and NFA items, FFL transfers, shipping, and returns. Don't see your question below? Reach out and our team will help.

You purchase the suppressor here, and it ships to a licensed Class 3 / SOT dealer near you — not directly to your home. You complete the ATF Form 4 with that dealer, submit your fingerprints and photo, and undergo the NFA background check. Once the ATF approves the transfer, you pick up your suppressor from the dealer.

Both are valid. Registering as an individual covers one person. An NFA gun trust lets multiple named trustees legally possess the suppressor and can simplify passing it on to family. Many buyers prefer a trust for the added flexibility. We can point you in the right direction, but for legal specifics it is best to speak with an attorney who handles NFA trusts.

Wait times vary with ATF volume and whether the application is filed electronically (eForms) or on paper — electronic Form 4s generally move faster. With the tax-stamp elimination driving higher demand, current timelines can shift, so your transferring dealer can give you the most up-to-date estimate at the time you file.

Suppressors are legal for civilians in most states, but several states and Washington, D.C. prohibit them. You must be able to legally possess one where you live. Check our Shipping Restrictions by State page, or contact us and we will confirm before you order.

Most in-stock orders ship within 3–10 business days via UPS, FedEx, or USPS, and tracking is provided for UPS and FedEx shipments. NFA items ship to your chosen dealer once the paperwork is in order.

No. Firearms ship only to a licensed FFL dealer, where you complete the transfer and background check before pickup. Non-regulated parts and accessories can ship directly to your address.

You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older for handgun ammunition. All ammunition ships ground with an adult signature required, and ammunition sales are final — returns cannot be accepted on ammo.

Many firearms, magazines, and parts are restricted or prohibited in certain areas. Always check your state and local laws before ordering. See our Shipping Restrictions by State page for details.

When you buy a firearm online it must be transferred through a licensed FFL. We charge a $35 receiving / background-check fee for the first standard (non-NFA) transfer, plus $10 for each additional transferable serial number in the same shipment. See our FFL Transfer page for the full process.

A blind transfer is any item that arrives at our shop with no prepayment and no prior notice from you. Because it lands on our books unexpectedly, releasing it carries a non-negotiable $100 fee. Please call ahead or pre-pay for any transfer coming our way so we can avoid that charge.

Orders must be picked up within 30 days of the notice that your item is ready. After 30 days a $15/day storage fee applies until it offsets the value of the item or 90 days pass — whichever comes first — after which the item is considered abandoned.

Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 10 business days of receiving your order. Unopened items in their original packaging can be exchanged, store-credited, or refunded less a 25% restocking fee; opened sealed product adds a 15% fee (40% total). Special orders, used items, optics and electronics, firearms/NFA items after paperwork has started, and ammunition are non-returnable. Full details are on our Store Policy page.

Head to our Contact page and reach out — you will talk directly with the team that builds and ships your gear. No call-center middleman, just straight answers from people who know the products.
